We LOVE Kozy Beans! Fantastic lattes (and I know a good latte)! Always a friendly and welcoming smile from this awesome staff without exception! The food is also outstanding! It is also very peaceful and relaxing here. Thank you Kozy Beans for all your hard work - your kindness & caring shows everyday!

First time trying them today. Definitely noticed a strong and unique flavor with just a cup of hot coffee. Forgot to check exactly what they served but it tasted very kona like and was excellent. Great place to meet up as well. I'll be back tomorrow!

My latte had no business being as good as it was! I had one of their spring flavors with oat milk. I can’t remember the name, but it had notes of Lavender and lavender drinks can go one of 2 ways - fantastic or terrible and mine was fantastic! Kudos to them! I also ordered a vanilla latte for my husband and 2 cake pops. I was greeted with a smile and friendly atmosphere. It’s a very warm environment and I loved the Christian music quietly playing. I’m glad I was finally able to try this place out and I look forward to ordering again!

Tried their almond joy latte which was definitely my type of coffee drink, not super sweet but with a nice robust flavor. The layout of the shop is nice and comfy as well, with a little bit of outdoor seating too!

The most wonderful and delicious place around! The perfect stop before work. But the best part is the STAFF! Beautiful people inside and out. “Sara’s sprout” blew me away today 🤯😍🫶🏼 …

Extremely kind and welcoming staff and very good empanada and coffee! I had the sweater weather latte and it was delicious! Warm vibe, especially from the owner who was friendly and had a wonderful chat with me and others as they awaited their orders. I am so glad I found this place. I will be returning many more times. If I could give them 1 stars I would.

I travel to taste coffee in my quest for better tasting coffee. I found Kozy Beans in Maryland. It was marked as a speciality coffee shop. Here's my experience... Drove from Philadelphia. It is a family run coffee roaster and shop. That Sunday they did not have drip. And they do not do Pour Over coffee. So I asked them about the espresso. The owner himself stepped forward with the big smile and started answering my questions. He was very forthcoming with all my queries. He said that his roast profile on the espresso is on the bolder side rather than light. And it was a blend and not a single origin. For those of you who know me from my Instagram, I have historically preferred light roasts. I decided to go forward and order an espresso. He shared his brew ratio: 18 grams in and 29 grams out. That is a 1:1.6 ratio that sounded closer to an Italian ristretto. And they were pulling it at a conventional 9 bars of pressure in 30 seconds. I was truly intrigued. When I tasted their espresso, I was very pleasantly surprised. It did not taste like a dark roast at all for me. It was fruity with a generous dose of acidity. Not a hint of bitterness. I was revelling in that coffee. It was a very modern espresso. Whatever Kozy Beans were doing to their roast profiles, they were doing it right. I bought a bag of their blend. Tried out at home with a modern ratio, 1:4, 6 bar in 20 seconds. It came out pretty good but not as good as I tasted it at their store. I would likely change my brew recipe closer to what they are doing and see. Loved what they are doing with coffee. Also loved the way they interact with customers. Always smiling, happy to help, eager to answer questions and pretty darn amazing coffee. The ambiance is wonderful. Highly recommend to anybody looking for very good speciality coffee.

Been coming here regularly the last few weeks to work for a few hours in a different setting. I love this coffee shop. I love that the small vanilla latte comes with a double shot and the default is 2 pumps of vanilla, which to me is the perfect sweetness. Every single time, the baristas are so friendly and patient, very good vibes all around. Depending on the workday, sometimes coming here really is the highlight of my day so it does mean a lot to me. Other things I love includes the couch and comfy chairs and that music is either not playing or at a very reasonable volume. Makes it easy to have a conversation or just listen to my own music :) and this is a given but the quality of the coffee and the execution of the espresso pulls are 10/10 I just wish I lived closer than a 45 minute drive but luckily I have some other things that also bring me to the area.
